This policy explains what HeavyCraft collects when you visit this website, book a hiring call or talk with our recruiters, and how we use it.

Who we are

HeavyCraft is a recruiting agency for construction companies. We find, screen and interview skilled trades workers for employers across the United States, starting in Alaska.

What we collect

We collect the following when you use this site or work with us:

  • Hiring details you enter in the qualification form: sector, role, number of hires, job location and when you need the hire.
  • Contact details: your name, company, work email and phone number.
  • Booking details: the time you choose for a hiring call, which is handled through our calendar tool.
  • Usage data: the pages you view, your browser and device type, an approximate location based on your IP address, and the link or ad that brought you here.
  • Notes from calls and emails about your hiring needs.

We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or payment card numbers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your request, set up your hiring call and prepare your search.
  • Find and screen candidates for the roles you ask us to fill, and keep you updated on them.
  • Measure how the site performs and which ads bring visitors to it.
  • Keep the site secure and fix problems.
  • Meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the following:

  • Service providers that run the site and our tools: website hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google Analytics), ad measurement (Meta Pixel), the booking calendar (Google Calendar) and our lead system.
  • Candidates' information goes to employers only when we put a candidate forward for a role you hired us to fill. Candidates are told how their information is used.
  • Government agencies or courts, when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They tell us how visitors use the site and whether our ads lead to hiring calls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.

How long we keep it

We keep hiring details and contact records for as long as we work with you and for a period after that, so we can answer questions and meet our record-keeping duties.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@heavycraft.com and we will respond.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
